Postal & Courier collection times

For items sent using the postal service (Royal Mail), the postman comes to our premises everyday at approximately 4pm to collect what is ready.    

For items that are too large or heavy to be sent by Royal Mail, or the customer requests a courier service, then we normally use Fedex for UK deliveries.     We have to book a collection, and to book a same day collection this had to be done by 12:30pm, but from 28th September 2026 they are changing this to 11:00am to book the collection.

For other couriers, eg UPS/DHL etc., the collection is typically the following day as the cut off times for our postal code is too early.
