CAD Design

We have CAD design software that we use for recording original parts, designing replacement parts (that are then made in house or subcontractes to machining/laser cutting companies), and checking assemblies of parts against modern components for compatibility. We often build virtual assemblies of original parts with modern components to ensure that everything will fit and that required movements can be accomodated without fouling.

We can draw 3D models of most components to create technical drawings, section views, exploded views or simple for 3D printing and prototyping. We can also simulate loads and forces via Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure that parts are likely to withstand known loads.
