Beta exhaust flange gasket (not VX)

Gasket between exhaust manifold and first section of exhaust, often called the downpipe.

Part number says its not suitable for VX. 

2x 40mm diameter gas holes separated by 12.75mm.   2 pairs of mounting holes at 60 degrees, approx 65mm diameter 51.25mm apart.
