Also known as the brake compensator valve, brake balance limiter, brake bias valve, and other permutations along those lines.

On Fulvias it must be connected to the rear axle via a dumbell link to operate and set up correctly. We can supply replacement dumbell links. The original type with the plastic inserts are not available.
