Flavia 1.5/1.8 Berlina / Coupe-Convertible-Sport centre downpipe 2-1 exhaust

This is the 2nd stage 2 into 1 exhaust system used on Flavia 1500 and 1800 cars.    Forward of this are two individual 2 into 1 manifolds, and following this is a short centre section and a rear silencer.    It is made from mild steel.

The exhaust uses clamps to join to the sections fore and aft, and which we can supply or you can source locally if yours is too corroded to re-use. 

Cars with the later 2000cc engine replaced this and the two forward manifolds with a single 4 into 1 pipe and a longer centre section.   Some 1500 and 1800 cars have been retro-fitted with the later system, so please check what your car is fitted with.

Exhaust shipping note.   This item is too large to be shipped by the postal service and will need to be sent by Fedex or similar service.    Whilst it is within the weight constrainsts for the Post Office, its physical dimensions are too big. 

One of the limitations of the software which powers this online shop is that whilst it  understands weight, it doesn't understand that some services also have size limits, and hence it may offer services which may not be usable.

Some couriers also apply a long length surcharge if longer than a set distance which can vary from one courier to another.   

If an unusable shipping service is selected, then we will adjust the order to a more appropriate service and there may well be a small adjustment to pay. 

For overseas shipments we have sometimes cut down an exhaust in an appropriate place to reduce the volume of the overall package, although that is not always possible.    We will offer overseas customers various options to choose from.
