This engine does not turn and is missing the exhaust valve on no.3 cylinder.
Other than removing the rocker cover and finding the engine number we have not carried out any disassembly or diagnosis, and the engine would be sold with warranty and needing a complete rebuild.
Omicron can carry out that rebuild if you so wish, and would be happy to estimate for that process.
The engine is an 815.400 type, which is an 1800cc flat-4 originally fitted to Flavia Berlina Iniezione models build between 1965 and 1966. I might be possible to covert to carburettors or fit to other Flavia models.
