Fulvia "Group IV / Group 4" competition exhaust systems [multiple options]

Compared to other mass produced cars of the period, the standard Fulvia exhaust system is a relatively good design, given the packaging constraints of engine, suspension, steering and bodywork.   Rather than a relatively cheap, overly heavy and quite inefficient cast iron manifold, the Fulvia 1300cc and 1600cc used a tubular 4 into 2 manifold, followed by a 2 into 1 downpipe with two silencer boxes towards the back of the car.  For most people this is all that is needed as it gives a wide spread of performance and a sporty but relatively quiet exhaust note.

However, there are performance gains to be had, at the expense of noise.  Noise can be surprisingly fatiguing.    

We offer a UK made mild steel system which we have used for many years on fast road, rally and circuit racing Fulvias.     We also offer some stainless steel options.     Many people using Fulvias for competition may prefer mild steel as it is less brittle than stainless steel, and if you have a cracked exhaust or holed silencer, its easier to find someone who can make an emergency repair to mild steel, than it is someone who can do an effective repair to stainless steel.     Our UK made exhausts are also braced to the gearbox.  

We also offer an Italian made stainless steel competition exhaust system which is available with a single silencer or two silencers.  The single silencer is really very noisy, so bear that in mind if you need to pass noise limits or wish to remain on good terms with your neighbours.

For the stainless steel version, I have pictured the twin silencer version.  The single silencer version, the centre section is a straight through pipe, with the silencer deleted.
