This is a reproduction of the original seat base foam made from a modern polyurethane foam from patterns taken from original seat bases.
The original foams tended to disintegrate into powder and loose their integrity which then put strain on the stitching of the seat covering which can break or tear the covering.
These will suit all Lancia Fulvia Coupes with the standard seat. It won't suit the HF variants which had a different lightweight bucket seat nor Sport Zagato or Berlina models.
