Montecarlo S2 Vitaloni wing mirror adjuster repair kit (per mirror)

The Montecarlo Series 2 had adjustable mirrors operated by rotating adjusters mounted onto the front quarterlight windows.   The adjusters fail when the plastic becomes brittle over time and the gears strip. 

We have 3D printed replacement parts from ABS which we have fitted to a car here.   Time will tell how durable they are.

The kit is for one door. There is 1 main plate, 3 main gears and a further 9 smaller gears. 

Final pricing to be decided as there has been a fair amount of design work and 4 prototype stages before we have arrived at a set of parts which work.
