Many Lancia switches and relays can actually be recommisioned with a steady hand, some experience and a soldering iron.
We can do most of them, often it turns out to be merely dirty contacts, but we can re-wire, adjust and repair most issues. We are building up a collection of the little springs and ball bearings that get lost or damaged as well.
Fulvia S1 and S2 lighting and wiper switches
Most dashboard stalks
Most ignition switches
CEAM lighting relays (and if we can't, we might be able to convert to modern internals)
Parts are getting harder to come by, and a few components that do fail are extremely rare with no current workaround (e.g. the dip beam stalk on S2 Fulvias), so look after what you've got.
