Clutch lever return spring

Fits at the base of the clutch arm on the bellhousing, and connects to the locktab on the gearbox output flange.

The splined teardrop bracket on the arm should be inline with (but pointing downards) the clutch arm so that the spring is stretched by pressing the clutch pedal.
